William "Bill" Powell

WILLIAM “BILL” POWELL, age 76, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, October 02, 2013. Preceded in death by mother, Lila Mae Thompson; step-father, Jake Mitchell. He attended several technical schools as a journeyman in heating and air. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and fought a courageous battle with cancer for 10 years. Survived by daughters, Donna Greer, Deborah Garvin and husband Carl; grandchildren, Garet Keller, Kelly King, Chelsea Garvin and David Garvin; great-grandchild, Xalyn Keller; and mother of his children, Gail Peacock.
