Virgie Juanita Jones

VIRGIE JUANITA JONES, age 79, of Talbott, TN went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2022.  She loved her home and family, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by parents, Hubert Cecil Pitts and Jessie Elmore Pitts Harris; sisters, Charlotte Foister and Elizabeth Redding; brother, Cecil Pitts.  She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Virgil Ray Jones; children, Rick Jones (Rhonda), and Jeff Jones (Vicki); grandchildren, Tyson Jones (Jessica), Tyler Jones (Sam), Cory Jones (Victoria), Colby Jones, Corey Seal (Jessie) and Caleb Seal (Chelsea);  great-grandchildren, Tymber, Tate, Brooks, Bryar, Sadie, Canaan, Titus and Hastings; brother-in-law, Robert Jones (Jackie); sister-in-law, Virginia Jones Holbert; along with several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday, February 22, 2022  from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment  service with her grandson, Tyson officiating.
