THERESA “CHRIS” MOORE, age 67, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, John Heiser and Grace Heiser; two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by son, Bo Shaffer (Heather); daughter, Lisa Yuhl (Shawn); four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; constant companion, “Bowser”; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
