Stephen Craig Stallings, age 44 of New Market, TN passed away December 24, 2016. Preceded in death by grandfather James Fisher; grandparents, Turner and Anna Lynn Stallings. Survived by parents, Sylvia and Chris Mclain of New Market and Steve and Kathy Stallings of Bulls Gap; sister, Jennifer Jackson and Jason Jackson of Strawberry Plains; brother, Derek and Anna Stallings of Bulls Gap; grandmother Billie Fisher of Strawberry Plains; special uncle, Paul Snyder; nephews, Jarrett Jackson and Kyle Stallings. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City with Rev. Jason Jackson and Rev. Toby Downey officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Cate Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
