Stella Faye Merritt

Stella Faye Rose Merritt, age 76 of Dandridge, TN passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 10, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Clarence Rose and Eva Benson Rose add was preceded in death by her grandparents ; brother, Jimmy Wilson Rose; sister, Jean “Bobbie” Matthews, Glenda Gibson, and Ann Gilbert; son, Jeffrey Merritt and grandchild, Kyle Merritt. Stella Faye is survived by her sister, Peggy Maples; son, Randal Merritt and his wife Melissa, grandchildren, Spencer Merritt, Emily Whillock, Kaylee Urbaneak, Hannah Merritt, Isabell Merritt, Grayson Merritt; and several great-grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and attended church at McMahn Baptist Church of Sevierville.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, February 16, 2026, 6:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Jason McIntosh officiating. The family will greet friends Monday from 4:00 to 6:00pm prior to the Funeral service.
