Stella F. Holdway

Stella Holdway, 87, of Morristown passed away Sunday, August 11, 2019 at her home. She was a lifelong member of White Pine Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Bonnie Bell, husband Herman Holdway, daughter Betty Denton, granddaughter Heather Holdway, two brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Danny) Owens; Sons, Bobby (Peggy) Holdway, Donnie (Karen) Holdway, Jeff (Julie) Holdway; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, sisters Kathryn Weston, Frances Reed. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm Wednesday, August 14 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in White Pine followed by funeral services at 7:00 pm with Rev. Dennis Daugherty and Rev. Jeff Daugherty officiating. Burial will be Thursday, August 14 at 11:00 am at Point Pleasant Cemetery in Newport.
