Rosalie Welch Hays
ROSALIE WELCH HAYS, age 75, of Jefferson City, TN and formerly of Tecumseh, MI passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 12:31 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters. Survived by her loving husband, David Hays; son, Russell Hays; daughters, Yvonne Denise Hays, Lucille Faye Malec, Louise Marie Thomas; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
