Robert E. (Bobby) McHaffie

ROBERT E. (BOBBY) MCHAFFIE, age 53, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at his home after an extended battle with cancer. Bobby was a loyal employee to Davey (Wolf) Tree. The son of life long farmers, Bob and Joyce McHaffie, Bobby also dedicated his life to agriculture. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Catherine Mills and Homer and Hazel McHaffie; parents, Bob and Joyce McHaffie; and sister, Norma Walker. He is survived by Cindy McHaffie; children, Jimbo (Rachel) McHaffie and Catie (Matt) Courtney; and sister, Robin (Mike) Speed. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the girls at Tennessee Cancer Specialist Infusion Center. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Cline officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Community Chapel Cemetery for a 12:00 noon graveside interment service.
