Richard (Rick) Harold Allen II, age 67, of Knoxville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 20, 2026.

He was born on April 23, 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Richard Harold Allen and Bettie June Allen. Rick grew up with a love for the outdoors and adventure. A devoted Christian, Rick loved the Lord and lived his faith quietly through his actions. He was a true family man who found joy in life’s simple things and cherished time spent with those he loved most. His family would describe him as carefree and easygoing.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Demlow, and his father, Richard Harold Allen.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Stephanie Allen; his daughters, Kirsten Mentor and Rachael Allen; his six grandchildren, Shad, Elijah, Savannah, Cheyanne, Gracie, and Mason; his mother, June Allen; and his sister, Sandy Farmer.
