Richard J. Brown, age 67, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Friday, October 4, 2013. Preceded in death by brother, William Brown; sister, Catherine Hauck. He was a retired veteran of the US Navy. Survived by wife, Nancy Brown; daughter, Betsy Cummings; grandson, Jeffrey Isenberg; nephew, Jon Smith. A memorial service for Mr. Brown will be held at a later date.
