Richard Ball

Richard Ball, age 89 of White Pine, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of White Pine where he was honored to receive a designation as a Deacon Emeritus in 2020.

He is survived by his son, Rick (Jennifer); brother, Harrell Ball (Shirley); sisters, Allie Hunter (Dale), Linda Watson (Jack); brother-in-law, Jerry Knight (Mary); sister-in-law, Shelia Knight; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Martha Ann Ball; his brother-in-law, Herman Knight; and his parents Harl C. Ball and Lola M. Ball. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Jefferson Park at White Pine, who quickly became our second family. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, White Pine with family receiving friends between the hours of 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Graveside Interment Service will be held immediately following the funeral service in White Pine Cemetery.
