PHYLLIS MADELINE SKEEN STALLINGS, born October 20, 1939 passed away on August 16, 2021 at UT Medical Center. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Lynn Stallings of Knoxville, TN; daughter, Janet Lee Keaton of Talbott, TN? and son, John Stallings Jr. of South Carolina.
