Perry "Buster" Russell

Perry “Buster” Russell, age 66 of Jefferson City, TN, passed away on August 12, 2025. He loved to spend his time golfing and playing the drums.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Russell, and father, Perry Russell. He is survived by his children, Alex (Kendra) Russell, Haylee (Carlos) Herrera, and Brandon Russell, grandchildren, Celeste Herrera and Sophia Herrera, River Russell, and Willow Russell, mother, Bernice Cochran Gilvin, sister, Teresa (Joe) Norwood, and several other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Perry “Buster” Russell. The family wishes to thank U.T. Hospice Care of Morristown. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
