PENNY LONG., age 77, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on July 12, 2020. She was retired from Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by parents, James Fowler and Lucy Fowler; daughter, Kathy Bowman; sisters, Margie Hatmaker and Bernice Purkey. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Purkey; grandson, Todd Bowman; great-grandson, Zach Bowman; sister, Carolyn Rector; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
