Pauline K. Sartain

Pauline K. Sartain, age 80 of Talbott, TN passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. Preceded in death by parents, Elihue and Maude Knight; brothers, Clarence, Carl, Claude and Cecil Knight; sisters, Imogene Kanipe, Magdalene Ogle and Lena Belle Jones; father and mother-in-law, Paul and Vina Sartain; she was a charter member of Sartain Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Survived by husband of 63 years, Jake Sartain of Talbott; children, Tom (Sharon) Sartain of Strawberry Plains, Ronnie (Sheri) Sartain of Greeneville, Becky (Johnny) Messer of Talbott and Paula (Dennis) Moore of Talbott; grandchildren, Samuel (Danna) Moore and Sara Moore of Talbott; great grandson, Mason Moore; brother, Clifford Knight of Morristown. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Sartain Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Messer and Rev. James Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Roger Porter officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City.
