Paul Ruth, age 31 of Jefferson City, TN, passed away on April 5, 2025. He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ruth, and grandparents, Hank and Evelyn Porter. He is survived by his father, Byron Ruth, brother, Matt Porter, uncle, Dan Porter, and grandmother, Elizabeth Ruth. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
