Patsy Sue Whaley

Patsy Sue Whaley, age 83 of Jefferson City, TN passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Bobby and Lucille (Tipton) Dotson. Patsy was a spitfire who chose to live life to the fullest. She was the sweetest, most kind-hearted person the world ever saw! She loved deeply and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Whaley and brothers and sisters and daughter-in-law, Brenda Whaley.

Patsy is survived by her children, Donald Whaley, Donna (Scott) Cook, Rose (Kevin) Amburn and Mary Ann (Michael) Tate; Special friend, Wanda McCarter; Grandchildren, Elica (Chris) Commander, Felica (Andy) Whaley, Josey (Rachel) Amburn, Travis (Mandy) Vaughn and Megan Amburn; her great grandchildren, Macayla Wilson, Remington Commander and A.J.
