Patricia (Pat) A. Young

PATRICIA A. (PAT) YOUNG, age 72, of Jefferson City, TN passed away April 28, 2014. She was a member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Billy and Blanche Weems. Survived by husband of 54 years, William L. (Bill) Young; daughter, Teena S. (Michael R.) Hammer; son, Kevin Young (Marlene Long); grandchildren, Caitlin E. Young, Emily Savannah Hammer, Connor Young, Michael Elijah (Eli) Hammer, William Cole Hammer; sisters, Carol Hartman and Jeannie Williams; brother, Bill Weems; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home with Dr. Greg Lindsey and Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning at Mill Springs cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
