PATRICIA A. FUCCIOLO, age 74, of Rutledge, TN passed away peacefully Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Specialty Select of Physicians Regional Medical Center. Survived by husband, Leo Fucciolo; daughter, Christine Fucciolo; son, Dominic Fucciolo (Lisa); grandchildren, Michael and Alex Fucciolo; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Whitman officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
