PAMELA L. BIBBINS, age 51, of Jefferson City, TN passed away January 1, 2016. Survived by daughters, April Rogers (Roy), and Leslie Harding; mother, Ora Sue Massey; grandchildren, Madison Harding and Tanner Reagan; brothers and sisters, Mike Tafoloa, Robert and Deidra Massey, Bobbie Sue Massey and Eddie Massey; several nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
