Mildred (Millie) C. Swafford

MILDRED C. “MILLIE” SWAFFORD, age 101, of Dandridge, TN passed away Sunday morning, October 30, 2016 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was a long-time member of the Green Hill Baptist Church, where her beloved husband Rev. D.H. Swafford was pastor for many years. Preceded in death by her husband, Douglas H. Swafford; son, Charles Carroll. Millie is survived by her grandsons, Cannon and Ty Carroll; great-grandchildren, Dallas, Erica and Cody Carroll and Andy Gann; great-great grandson, Dean and Jack Carroll; daughter-in-law, Judy Carroll; sisters-in-law, Lillie Leopper and Jane Wiggins; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. Interment graveside services will be 2:00pm Thursday at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00pm prior to the service at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE
