Melissa Talley Obituary Melissa Talley passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, at her home surrounded by the love of her family. She entered into the presence of the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness and grace. Melissa was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kenda Talley; her father, Larry Liner; and beloved friend Robert M. She is survived by her loving husband, Timmy Talley; her children, Austin Talley, Jordan Talley, and Dylan Talley; her mother, Ann McKinney; her brothers, Scott Liner and Jimmy Green; and her six treasured grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. Melissa was a devoted mother, proud grandmother, caring sister, and loyal friend. She had a heart full of love and a spirit that made everyone feel welcome. Her compassion, strength, and unwavering love touched countless lives and will never be forgotten. While her family mourns her passing, they find comfort in knowing she is reunited with those who went before her and is resting peacefully in the arms of the Lord. Her love, laughter, and beautiful memories will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 6:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Balch Cemetery. Melissa’s family asks that she be remembered not for the way she left this world, but for the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the lasting impact she made on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
