She was a member of Rock Bridge Baptist Church. She loved people and her church. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Bill Stapleton; father, Green Jackson; mother, Levie Myers Jackson; step-mother, Bessie Harrell Jackson; brothers, Nelson Jackson, Ellis Jackson, Jay Jackson, and Fred Jackson. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Ora Lee Stapleton; grandchildren, Larry (Melanie) Stapleton, Rodney (Vickie) Stapleton; Regina (Shannon) Collins; great grandchildren, Stacy Stapleton, Jessica Ward and Rachel Stapleton; step-great-grandchildren, Shanna Collins and Raleigh Collins; brothers, Burley Jackson and Hall Jackson; sisters, Gladys Myers, Audrey Manning and Janet Carmichael; thirty-three nieces and nephews; special friends, Pauline Osborne and Maxine Lynch. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Talbott Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Utsman, Reverend Dallas Harrell and Reverend Denver Davidson officiating, Graveside interment service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
