Mary Helen Hill

MARY HELEN HILL, age 86, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on September 12, 2024. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, and a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church in Lake City. She was the owner and manager of Black Oak Restaurant and Dock for 23 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Helen Parks; brothers, Wayne Oliver Parks, Ralph Jennings Parks and James Edward Parks; niece and nephews, Randy Hill, Stacy Lou Hill and Daniel Hill, Ronald and Gary Parks; step-son, Truett Hill. She is survived by her husband, Ralph “Speck” Hill; daughters, Vickie Lawson and Lisa Hutson; grandson, Shaun Bunch; step-daughter, Tracy Hill; nephew, Michael Hill; sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Mack Hill; sisters-in-law, Judene Wilson, Rachel Garbarino and Willie Parks; several other nieces, nephews and special friends. Friends may call at their convenience from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating.
