Mary Wanda "Mills" Cox

Mary Wanda Mills Cox, age 79, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 after a brief illness. She was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. She was retired from Matsuo Industries and worked many years for American Enka and BASF. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Cox; parents, Charles and Katherine Mills; sister, Joyce McHaffie; brother, Ed Mills; and special friend, Christy Ballinger Woods. She is survived by loving daughter Cindy (Jim) Fultz; grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Adam Fultz and Adrianna and Colton Bales; sisters, Martha Cureton, Eula V. (Melvin) Brown, Nadine McKee, and Gladys (Pete) Sexton; brothers, David Mills, Alfred “Skeeter” (Bonnie) Mills, and Freddie (Dawn) Mills; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Riley and Alma Cox, Barbara Cox and Betty Cox Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, and very special friends. Body will lie in state from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Farrar Funeral Home Jefferson City. Family and friends will proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 1:30pm graveside service.
