Lois Jean Sexton

LOIS JEAN SEXTON, age 83 passed away peacefully at her home on March 24, 2024. Lois loved fishing, quilting, poodles, and crossword puzzles. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Buddy Sexton; parents, Marvin and Nina Bowles; sister, Loretta Abner; brothers, Robert Bowles, Kenneth Bowles; and great-granddaughter, Cadence Taylor. She is survived by her daughter, Pansy (Cliff) Taylor; grandsons, Keith (Kathy) Hobbs, Cliff Jr. (Rhiannon) Taylor, Chad (Janet) Taylor; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter, and a host of nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 7:00pm at Muddy Creek Freewill Baptist Church (2386 Hills Chapel Rd., Dandridge, TN 37725) with Reverend Jess Sherrod officiating. The graveside interment will be on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 10:00am at Hills Union Cemetery.
