Obituary — Lavonda Stacey Loveday Baxter

Lavonda Stacey Loveday Baxter, age 55, of Dandridge, passed away suddenly on February 13, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wendell Leon Loveday; her grandparents, Jay and Pauline Loveday, Cecil and Mae Loveday; father-in-law, Doyle “Tommy” Baxter; Aunt, Glenda Cate; Uncle, Glenn Loveday; and Aunt, Linda Loveday.

She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Randale Baxter; her daughter, Jessica Baxter (Brad); her cherished grandchildren, Skielynn, Ethan, and Austin; her mother, Peggy Loveday; her mother-in-law, Ruth Baxter; Aunt Sharon (Steve) Davis; Aunt Connie (David) Roy; sister-in-law, Jennifer (Will) Smith; along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Stacey was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family above all else. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them. She also found great joy in helping raise and care for other children, sharing her kindness and nurturing spirit. She was saved at a young age and carried a strong faith in God throughout her life, which guided her love, compassion, and generosity toward others.

She will be remembered for her warm heart, her unwavering devotion to her family, and the love she freely gave to everyone around her. Her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and the family she cherished. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial gifts be given to Autism Speakes, P.O.
