Ke'Shad Mekhi Carr

Ke’Shad Mekhi Carr, age 6, born May 25, 2012, freed April 26, 2019. Shad is loved by his mother, Kesha Carr; siblings, Keshawn Boyd and Kenya Boyd; grandparents, Diane Carr, Lorenzo Hawkins, Jr., and Jacki Cook; devoted guardian, Charisma Keys. He was a first grade student at Jefferson Elementary school.
