KENNETH L. McARTHUR

KENNETH L. McARTHUR, JR. age 76 of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday morning, February 15, 2018 at his home. He was born April 14, 1941 in Three Rivers, MI the son of the late Kenneth and Hazel (VanSuallen) McArthur, Sr. Kenneth was a retired mechanic and was a member of the Swannsylvania Baptist Church. A beloved husband, father and grandfather, he will be fondly remembered as one that never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Nell McArthur; children, Brenda Smith, Bill McArthur and Mark Smith; 2 great-grandchildren and is survived by his wife, Noreen McArthur; children, Edward McArthur, Melinda (Mark) Quirn, Cynthia Owens, Denise Baker, Jerry Inmon, Ginger Carpenter and Dale Marshall. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Swannsylvania Baptist Church for all their prayers and support during Kenneth’s illness. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kenneth McArthur Memorial Fund, c/o Farrar Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1025, Dandridge, TN 37725. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, 8:00pm at the Swannsylvania Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Hensley officiating.
