Kelley Phillips

Kelley Phillips, 80, of Dandridge, TN went to his Heavenly home on October 4, 2023 surrounded by his family.  He was born on October 13, 1942 to the late Elbert and Ota Phillips.  Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brothers Elmer Phillips (Betty), Beecher Phillips (Ann), Burton Phillips (Tiny), Jack Phillips (Carol) and sisters Nora Ball and Lorena Smathers (Keith).  Kelley is survived by his children: Charles Thomas Rose, Kimberlain (partner Dennis Gregg) Rose, Donna Beaver, Teresa Phillips, Michelle (Craig) Manning and Carolyn Davis; grandchildren: Carla, Lisa, Ashley, Priscilia (partner George Vanmeter) Rose, Will (Tiffany) Rose, Krystal Naillon, Amber Manning and CJ Manning; great grandchildren: Elijah (partner Seirra) Terry, Bradley Vanmeter, Brandon Vanmeter, Andrew Romine, Danika Blankenship, Alexius Vanmeter, Theron Blankenship and Joseph Vanmeter, Hadley Rose, Maddie Rose, Noah Moore, Hayden Moore, Triston Naillon; great-great grandson Maverick and grandpup Willow.  Also surviving are brothers Zeb Phillips (Mary Emma), Mitchell Phillips (Suzi) and Ernest Phillips (Francis); sisters Colene Rogers (Thomas) and Corena Henline (Fred)., special friend, Alex Bryant. Kelley was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Dandridge, TN.  He enjoyed fishing as well as spending time on the farm with his several cow buddies.  He also leaves behind his beloved cats Spookers and Boots.  Family will be receiving friends on Friday, October 6, 2023 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge, TN from 5 to 7 PM.  The body will then be taken to White Oak Baptist Church, Waynesville, NC for visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 7, 2023 with funeral service following.  Interment will be in the White Oak Cemetery.
