With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Gail (Parker) Spears of Dandridge, Tennessee, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 69.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.

She was predeceased by her parents, Briscoe Parker and Eula Waldrup Parker; her father-in-law William Spears and Mother-in law Mary Spears, her siblings, Doris Jean Brady, Howard Parker, Henry Parker, Donal Parker, Roger Parker and Betty Sliger.

She is survived by her Husband William Larry Spears of 39 years, son Shane Spears (Bethany), daughter Misty Ingram (Scott); her grandchildren, Matthew Ingram (Julia), Micah Ingram, and Josiah Ingram, her siblings, Doyle Parker (Brenda), and Rita Darlene Scruggs (John), Sister-law Sandy Parker and Special friends Jon Conklin, Elizabeth “Burt” Ogle, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care in New Market for the incredible love and care they showed Kathy during her time there. Special thanks to Kaella Morris, Odessa Estes, Crissy Brock, Tina Grooms, Theresa Castillo, Jay Morgan, Cassie Gregg, and Dan Hanaczewski.

The family will receive friends at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine Monday August 10, 2026, from 5-7 with the funeral to follow officiated by her son-in-law, Rev. Scott Ingram. Graveside services will be held Tuesday August 11, 2026, 10:00am at Coleman Cemetery located in front of Faith Baptist Church 2245 Walnut St, White Pine, TN 37890 , pallbearers will be Shane Spears, Matthew Ingram, Micah Ingram, Josiah Ingram, Jon Conklin and Rev. Scott Ingram.
