Kathy B. Carpenter, age 81 of White Pine, passed away peacefully in hospice care on Friday, April 24, 2026.She is a retired Circuit and Session Court Clerk of Jefferson County. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Huskey and father, James Blucher Bunch, along with her siblings, Dava Lee Martin, Sylvia Sue Puckett, Georgia Miller , James Bunch and Patricia Williams. She is survived by her brother, Rusty Bunch, son, Scott Carpenter, daughter-in-law, Frances Carpenter and grandson, Ethan Carpenter. The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers, memorial donations be made to Friends of Hospice Serenity House in Morristown.

Family will receive friends on Monday, April 27, 2026 between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine, a Graveside Interment will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11:00am in Dandridge Memorial Gardens.
