KATHY L. BOWMAN, age 58, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on July 12, 2018 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. She was preceded in death by father, Billy J. Bowman. Survived by son, Derek Bowman (Megan); grandson, Zak Bowman; mother, Penny Long; sister, Sandy Purkey; and several other relatives. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
