Kathryn McSpadden Holt

KATHRYN MCSPADDEN HOLT, age 71, of Morristown, TN, passed away on June 9, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Holt, Jr.; father, Frank “Shorty” McSpadden; sister, Patsy Davis of Jefferson City. She is survived by her sons, Frankie Holt (Lori) of Church Hill, Sammy Holt (Camille) of Morristown; grandson, Spencer Holt of Morristown; mother, Barbara McSpadden of Dandridge; sister, Judy Gray; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Center for their exceptional care, and Morristown Hamblen Healthcare staff, especially the ER staff for their excellent care. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge Family and friends will then gather at Union Cemetery of Newport for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or a charity of your choice.
