June Gibson
JUNE GIBSON, age 89, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Serenity House in Morristown, TN. Preceded in death by husband, H. L. “Hoot” Gibson; parents, Robert and Estilie Griffin; brothers, Joe, Bob and Gordon Griffin; sisters-in-law, Kay Griffin and Opal Griffin. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She is survived by her son, Scott Gibson; brother, Vernon Griffin; sister-in-law, Sharon Griffin; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Serenity House and Smoky Mountain Hospice for their loving care. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Body will lie in state form 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Farrar Funeral Home.
