Joel W. Colley, age 65, of New Market, TN passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at UT Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Palmer and Mary Colley; brother, Harry Colley. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, brother, sister, and many other relatives and friends. Military graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2019 at Eastview Memorial Gardens.
