Joan R. Green

Joan R. Green, age 81 of Jefferson City, TN, loving wife of John Alton Green for 61 years entered into rest on Friday, May 22, 2020. Joan retired after 37 years of service at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her parents, James William Hudgens and Maude Almeda Fullington Hudgens; brothers, J. D. and Bill Hudgens. Surviving family members in addition to her husband include her son, Johnny (Camille) Green; daughters, Donna (Dale) McPherson and Missy (Eric) Smith; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Helen ( JT ) Hopkins and Rosemary (Wayne) White; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Mtn. View Cemetery with Rev. William Bradley and Rev. Dennis Alder officiating.
