Jimmy "Git-R-Done" Loope, Jr.

Jimmy Loope, Jr. (Git-R-Done), age 50 of Knoxville, TN passed away suddenly Sunday, January 2, 2022 at 4:29 a.m. at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith. He was employed by Harrison Paving Company for over 20 years. He had a big heart, loved his family, and would help anyone. He loved to cut up, ride his motorcycle and drink beer. Preceded in death by his parent, Jim and Shirley Loope; and brother, Tony Loope. He is survived by his sons, Jimmy Loope III and wife (Ashleigh) of Jefferson City, Matthew Loope and wife of Dandridge, and Tyler Loope of Jefferson City; grandchildren, Dayton, Kya, Kensley, and Liam; brothers, Jeffrey Dewayne Loope, Foster Lee Loope and Michael Lynn Loope; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 7, 2022 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home.
