Jennie V. McFall Smith

Jennie V. McFall Smith passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022. Jennie was a member of French Broad Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge #458 in Dandridge for over 50 years. She was a Girl Scout Leader for many years. Jennie worked at American Enka and as a manager for Family Dollar Stores. Jennie was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Sue Smith. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd H. Smith; daughter, Teresa Ann Henderson, (Danny Wayne); grandchildren, Brandon Wayne (Brittany) and Christy Nicole; four great-grandchildren; brother, Andrew McFall; sisters, Ruth Helen Massengill and Betty Ann Loveday. A lie in state will take place on Monday, October 31, 2022, from 12:00pm until 5:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge Chapel. Graveside funeral services will take place on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 11:00am at French Broad Church of the Brethren Cemetery with the Reverend Ron Wine officiating. The family would like to express their appreciation to Shelia Richards and Smoky Mountain Health and Hospice for their professional care.
