Kenny was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War era. A plumber and contractor by trade, he will be most remembered for his character. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Debra Henderson; parents, James Henderson & Evelyn Jenkins; and brothers, Sam, Tom, & Larry Henderson. He is survived by his daughter, Kelly (Steve) Johnson; grandchildren, Matthew & Will Johnson; and special friends, Johnny Spence, Brad Henry, Larry & Donna Malnati, Clark; Laura, Rye, & Elsie Chambers, Tommy Tindel, Mark & Terri Jackson, Dot Wadsworth, and Pastor Mike & Cathy Torrence.
On Saturday, July 5, 2025, Pastor Mike Torrence will officiate a 10:30AM graveside service with military honors at Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Hearts Way Baptist; 2810 Middlebrook Pike - Knoxville, TN 37921
The family has requested that everyone who attends the graveside to wear casual dress.
Farrar Funeral Home of Dandridge is honored to serve the Henderson family.
