Ina Hazel Countiss

Ina Hazel Countiss, age 95 of Dandridge, TN, went home to be with the Lord on December 14, 2023. She was born December 22, 1927, to the late Almond and Nancy Tipton and was also preceded in death by her brother, Print Tipton. She was a faithful member of Dandridge First United Methodist Church and Fellowship Sunday school class and was a member of the Martha Dandridge Garden Club.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Countiss; sisters, Bonnie Waters and Lou Ray Tipton; daughter, Dale (Tony) Brooks; grandchildren, Steve McCarley and Michelle, James and Brandi Blankenship, Melissa Summit, L. Tony Brooks; great-grandchildren, Michael and Willow McCarley, Maci McCarley and Isaiah, Tori Blankenship; great great-grandchildren, Reece, and Ryland McCarley, and wonderful neighbors and friends.

Family and friends will meet on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge, TN at 1:00 p.m. to go in procession to Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, 2776 Bethel Church Road, Sevierville, TN for a 2:00 p.m. graveside funeral service with Rev.
