In Loving Memory of Hayden James McGuire

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Hayden James McGuire, 20, of Jefferson City, Tennessee on September 3, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Hayden was born to John McGuire and Susan McGuire on December 22, 2005. After attending Jefferson City High School, he continued his education at TCAT Morristown, where he graduated in May with Honors as an Industrial Electrician. 

Hayden will be remembered by his family as soft spoken, kind- hearted, and always up for a little a mischief. He loved his dog, enjoyed riding BMX bikes and, once he was old enough to drive, motorcycles. He also found joy in playing video games and watching movies. Hayden brought a sense of calm, love and balance to his family. His gentle presence and unique spirit touched the lives of those who knew and loved him. His family is grateful for the many years they were blessed to share with him and will carry his memory in their hearts forever. Though his time with us was far too short, Hayden’s memory will remain a lasting part of the lives of all who loved him.

Hayden is survived by his father, John McGuire; mother, Susan McGuire; sister Kelsey (Ryan) Castle; brother, Raleigh McGuire; his dog Bella; Grandparents, Clifford (Rae) McGuire, Nancy (Tim) Valaer, Gerry (Gary) Linkous; Aunts and Uncles, Russ (Lana) McGuire, Michelle (Elbert) Enrique, Michelle Poe, Terri (Chris) Borchert, Joe Strange, Danny Brown, Tonya (Arlen) Roach; Cousins, Andrew, Maggie (Tyler), David, Elyssa, Elyce, EJ, Rylen, Madison, Blake, Arden, Corbyn, Gavin, Kaylee, Paisley, Dusty, Josh, Trevor and Zack (BreAnnia). He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Harvey Strange and aunt, Billie Burch.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, 411 W. Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, Tennessee 33760  with a funeral service to follow.
