George M. Strange

George Strange Sr., age 86 of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 in Dandridge. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He is preceded in death by his parents, father, Mack Strange, mother, Lexi Lois Adkins Strange and step-mother, Ruby Strange, several brothers and sisters. George is survived by his children, George Strange, Jr, Tina Holloway, Debbie Strange and Tim Strange, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson, the mother of his children, Trula Mae Strange, special companion, Charlotte Franklin, several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and other family members. Friends and family may pay their respects between the hours of 2-6:00pm on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine. Graveside Interment service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, 2:00pm at St. Paul Cemetery, Morristown with the Rev. Becky Milligan officiating.
