Gary Wayne White

Gary Wayne White age 72 of Dandridge, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday September 28, 2021. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a Knox County school teacher and a coach. He taught for many years at West Hills Elementary School and coached football at West High School. Gary was an avid golfer and loved football.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ruth White, mother, Oreda Llewellyn, and father, Dan White.
Gary is survived by his brother David (Phyllis) White, nephew, Darrick (Carolyn) White, two grandnieces and three grandnephews and several cousins and many friends. He will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 1:00PM at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Dandridge on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 2-5PM.
