Frida V. Grobins Underwood

Frida V. Grobins Underwood, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2021, at Jefferson Park in Dandridge, TN. She was born on March 12, 1925, in her beloved country of Riga, Latvia. She is preceded in death by her husband, William C. Underwood, parents, Janis and Antonija Grobins, grandson, Robbie, and sisters, Wilma and Alma. She is survived by son, Edwin (Debbie) Underwood, daughters, Rita (Jay) Loveday, Evetta (Dale) Franklin, and Sandra (Roger) Kelley, brother, Karlis Grobins, grandchildren, Robin Holbert, Mark (Kim) Franklin, April Smith, Brent (Karen) Franklin, Kris (Amanda) Underwood, and Andy (Mary Beth) Underwood, sister-in-law, Ruth (Bud) Underwood, several nieces, nephews, and great and great-great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 10, 2021, at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Larry Dye officiating. Visitation is from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Farrar Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jefferson City Church of God, P.O. Box 548, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
