Fred N. Patterson, II

Fred N. Patterson, II, age 82 of Lewis - Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines; and formerly of Dandridge, TN, passed away Sunday October 11, 2026.

He attended Maury High School and was a member of Chestnut Grove Methodist. He enlisted in the U.S Army and was a veteran for many years prior to his retirement. During his service he was selected to be a member of the prestigious U.S Army Golden Knights Parachute Team for over 15 years. He was later chosen as an instructor for the Golden Knights.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Beulah (Scott) Patterson; and is survived by his wife, Karen Patterson and her extended family; son, Fred N. Patterson III, of Daphne AL; grandchildren, Sarah Patterson Smith, Daniel and Kaylee Patterson and great grandchild, Alice all of Alabama; sisters, Louise Murray and Linda Shannon both of Dandridge.

Memorial Services and burial will be held in the Philippines. Meanwhile, his local family plans to hold a Celebration of Life at a later date. Details of that gathering will be announced in the coming months.
