Frances Ann Filippone

Frances Ann Filippone, age 83, passed away on October 15, 2026. A resident of Jefferson City, Tennessee, Frances will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched.

Frances was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She is survived by her loving husband, Edward C. Filippone Sr., and her twin sister, Mary French.

She leaves behind her three children: her son, Edward C. Filippone Jr., and her daughters, Maria Demers and Cristine Goudreau.

Frances was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren: Ashley Ward, Brandon Demers, Amanda Sprague, Sarah Marcus, Jacob Filippone, Katherine Filippone, Cameron Goudreau, and Ryan Goudreau.

Her family legacy continues through her ten great-grandchildren: Alex, Henry, Benjamin, Elijah, Emily, Malachi, Clara, Noel, Adelina, and Daniel.

Frances loved all things football, golf, and Christmas. Whether cheering on her favorite football team, enjoying the game of golf, or celebrating the magic and traditions of Christmas, these passions were a special part of who she was.

Above all, Frances’s family was an important part of her life’s story. The love she shared across generations and the memories they created together will remain a lasting part of her legacy.

Though her passing leaves a deep sadness in the hearts of those who loved her, Frances’s memory will live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and twin sister. The moments shared and the love she gave will remain treasured gifts for generations to come.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Farrar Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Inman officiating. Graveside service will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
