Ethel Jones Morie

Ethel Jones Morie, age 92 of White Pine, passed away in Newport on Friday, January 19, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Morie, son, Eddie Jones, sister, Thelma Dunkin and brothers; Conard, Clarence, Curtis, Frank and Clyde. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Glenda Jones, granddaughter, Chanati Moore, great-grandsons, Cole and Carson Moore, sister Virginia Holbert, brothers; Virgil (Juanita) Jones and Robert (Jackie) Jones also several nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018, 6:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine, family will receive friends from 4-6:00pm prior to the service. Graveside Interment will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, 10:00am in Dandridge Memorial Gardens. The family has requested that in Lieu of Flowers Memorial Donations be made to Smoky Mountain Hospice.
