Donna Lynn Rines, age 69 of White Pine, TN went to be with Lord on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a faithful employee of White Pine Postal Service for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ross Moody and mother, Imogene Jacobs; sisters, Kaye Newman, Barbara Kinsler, and Carolyn Seals. Donna is survived by her devoted husband, David W. Rines, son, Joe (Rachelle) Rines of White Pine, daughter, DeDe (Brian) Lloyd, grandchildren, Alexxis Rines, Landon Rines, Evan Lloyd, Addison Lowe, Eimire, beloved 4-legged baby, special family-Stephanie and Richard Lowe of White Pine, Wade and Debbie Hammel of White Pine, brother, Randall (Gail) West of Knoxville, special niece, Stacy (Greg) Williams and several other nieces and nephews, friends and family. A special thank you to the care staff at UT Medical Center.

A private Memorial Service will be held by the family.
