Donald (Don) Denton

Donald (Don) Denton, age 78 of Dandridge, TN, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center following an extended illness. He was of the Baptist faith and was an employee of Wolf Tree Service for 26 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Buford and Trula Denton; and sister, Alice Collins. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Helen Byrd Denton; daughters, Tammy Lowe, Lisa Funk, and Jessica Chambers; grandchildren, Dillon, Braeden, Sierra, Ethan, Troy, and Bryson; great grandchildren, Kenzley, Kolsen, and Kamber; nieces, Letitia “TC” Singleton, and Tonya Collins.

The family will have a gathering at Tammy’s house on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 for a period of reflection and fellowship for anyone who would like to stop by.
